A structured representation of one value from one sample's colon-delimited data block, interpreted at the corresponding position in the record's FORMAT key list. This is an expanded, per-sample resource; version 1.1.0 added vcfc:FormatValueVector for a condensed multi-sample representation and the two classes MUST NOT be substituted for one another.
