vcfc:CondensedRepresentation

Added in version 1.1.0. The representation profile that expresses a VariantCall's multi-sample genotype data through a CohortCallMatrix, a shared SampleSet, and FORMAT value vectors. It is intended for large multi-sample VCF files. Individual genotype values remain recoverable by decoding the vectors, but are not independently asserted as RDF triples.
